Where do I place my items?
Place your materials outside your home, near your front door or garage area. They must be within clear site of the Technician when he/she pulls up to your home. Materials cannot be inside of a home/garage, behind a locked gate, or in the backyard.
What time will the items be picked-up?
Our Service Technicians will arrive anytime between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to collect the materials on the assigned collection date. You are not required to be present during the collection.
Will you ring my door bell when you arrive? Can you collect the items from inside my home?
Our Service Technicians do not ring bells or contact the resident when they arrive at your home. They are not allowed to enter homes, garages, basements, backyards, or sheds.
Will you come on my regular trash day?
Our Service Technicians are on a separate route with different trucks than the regular trash trucks. Check the instruction sheet for your scheduled collection date. Do not place your items near your trash can on trash day.
Can I get the collection bag first, then call to schedule?
A collection kit, with the containment bag and instructions, will be sent to you after you schedule your appointment date. If you only have unwanted electronics, then instructions will be provided via email.
